Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
- Analyze data to develop actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Brand Positioning and Development:
- Support the development and enhancement of the company s brand identity.
- Oversee the execution of brand strategies to ensure market differentiation.
- Advertising and Promotion:
- Develop and implement effective advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional activities to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Event Management:
- Organize and manage events, including product launches and activations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Public Relations and Communications:
- Manage internal and external communications to enhance brand reputation.
- Coordinate public relations efforts and community engagement initiatives.
- Supplier and Production Management:
- Oversee supplier relationships and manage the production of marketing materials.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of marketing deliverables.
- Budget and Campaign Management:
- Maintain the day-to-day marketing budget for relevant projects.
- Implement tactical marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Sales Support:
- Liaise with the sales team to provide relevant promotional information.
- Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for customer engagement.
- Data Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and assess sales, website traffic, and campaign performance.
- Prepare detailed reports to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Regularly meet with internal stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with external agencies and consultants to execute marketing strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing and communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
