Lead Generation, Email Marketing & Digital Marketing**

1. Lead Generation

• Identify potential customers through online research, industry databases, LinkedIn, and digital platforms.
• Execute targeted lead-generation campaigns for specific industries, regions, or product lines.
• Develop and maintain a high-quality lead pipeline for the sales team.
• Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach channels.
• Analyze lead-stage performance (open rates, response rates, conversion rates).
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand ideal customer profiles (ICP) and refine targeting.
• Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) to track leads and update statuses.

2. Email Marketing

• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation, product promotions, and customer engagement.
• Create email content including subject lines, body copy, visuals, and CTAs.
• Manage email lists—segmentation, cleansing, and updating.
• Monitor metrics such as open rate, click-through rate (CTR), bounce rate, and conversions.
• A/B test email content for optimized performance.
• Ensure emails follow compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, unsubscribe rules).
• Design automated workflows (welcome series, follow-ups, nurturing sequences).

3. Digital Marketing

• Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for lead generation.
• Manage company presence across digital channels—website, social media, SEO, and content platforms.
• Optimize website landing pages for higher lead conversions (CRO).
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO content strategy.
• Monitor digital performance metrics: traffic, impressions, engagement, CPC, CPL, ROI.
• Coordinate with designers for digital creatives, banners, brochures, and promotions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

4. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Maintain dashboards for leads, conversions, and digital KPIs.
• Present data-backed insights to sales and marketing teams.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales to align lead-generation strategy.
• Coordinate with product and operations teams for campaign planning.
• Support business development teams with marketing materials and presentations.
