Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing materials, including banners, brochures, infographics, and visual content.
  • Design graphics and other creative assets for various platforms and campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts and brand presence, including content creation and posting.
  • Edit and produce video content for YouTube, social media, and other platforms.
  • Oversee and support e-commerce listings, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape for informed decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and influencers to strengthen brand presence.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches that engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Create detailed reports on marketing initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management and brand development across multiple channels.
  • Proven portfolio of design, social media, or video work is required.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including Google Analytics and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of deriving insights from data to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also thriving in independent projects.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design tools for creating engaging marketing materials.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.

Core Skills & Technical Competencies:


  • Graphic design: Proficient in Canva at minimum; Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus. Can create social media posts, banners, infographics, and brochures.
  • Social media management: Able to manage multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), plan content, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
  • Video editing: Basic video editing for short-form content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) using tools like CapCut, InShot, VN Editor, or Premiere Pro.
  • Website / e-commerce awareness: Able to update product listings, banners, and visuals; understand basic performance metrics and listing optimization.
  • Marketing tool literacy: Comfortable using ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, or other tools to speed up workflow while maintaining quality.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to maintain file structures, brand assets, and project timelines.
