Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Identify hospitals, healthcare groups, and companies requiring overseas recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing software is required.
