Job Description — Role Overview


Plan and execute social media and marketing initiatives across brands; own content calendars, campaigns, and reporting to drive engagement and leads.

Desired Candidate Profile


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement platform-specific strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Create/publish content (captions, blogs, reels, videos, infographics).
  • Monitor trends/competitors; manage communities (comments, DMs) and run WhatsApp/email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creative, sales, and operations for integrated campaigns and events.
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven social media management & content creation experience.
  • Strong copywriting/editing; knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO tools.
  • Basic design (Canva/Adobe) preferred; strong organization and stakeholder communication.
