Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote tourism packages and services. • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract tourists. • Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, and other partners for joint promotions. • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences. • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for management. • Attend tourism events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or tourism industry. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Creative mindset with ability to develop innovative campaigns. • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
