Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant, utilizing digital and traditional channels.
- Oversee menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Manage social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers to build brand awareness.
- Analyze marketing data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant marketing or a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or a customer-facing environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising platforms.
