Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic GenNext Marketing professional with 1 2 years of FMCG marketing experience to support brand management activities for a key category within our portfolio.
This role offers strong exposure within a well established multinational environment, providing hands on experience across brand execution, innovation and relaunch delivery, performance tracking, and cross functional collaboration. The role is dynamic and fast paced, requiring strong organization, prioritization, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day to day brand management activities for a core FMCG category.
- Support the planning, coordination, and on time landing of innovations and relaunches, working closely with cross functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Support digital and social marketing activities, including content rollout and performance tracking.
- Track brand, innovation, and campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and support post activity analysis and reporting.
- Prepare clear, structured presentations and updates for brand reviews and key internal forums.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring strong time management and prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. sales, finance, supply chain) and external partners when required.

- On time and high quality landing of innovations and relaunches.
- Successful execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Strong analytical contribution and clear insights derived from brand and campaign performance.
- Clear, confident communication and presentation of work and results.
- Effective prioritization and delivery in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Demonstrated ownership, learning agility, and growth throughout the contract period.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related field (Business, Communications, or equivalent).
Experience & Background
- 1 2 years of experience in FMCG marketing.
- Proven track record of launching successful marketing campaigns and innovations.
Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to build clear, concise, and compelling presentations.
- Strong creative and analytical balance.
- Comfortable working with data, timelines, and performance tracking.
- Future-Fit Skills: Exposure to AI X Marketing
Languages
- Fluent English & Arabic (mandatory)
- French is a plus.
