Desired Candidate Profile

• Job Title: Marketing Graphic Designer
• Location city, country : Amman, Jordan
• Job Summary : Designs graphic solutions that have high visual impact for a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity.
• Responsibilities :
• Design high visual impact graphics for internal clients including development, professional services, sales, marketing and business development. Provide technical expertise in all areas of graphic design.
• Meet with internal clients to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job; interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts; use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time; demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and use computer software to create electronic versions of designs.
• Create website graphics, logos, layouts, promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures. Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Employ color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing project. Work with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD).
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash.
• Accurately estimate the duration of design tasks.
• Monitor task queues and issue-logs to ensure on-time completion of tasks and resolution of issues.
• Contribute to meeting project and product development goals on-time and on-budget.
• Complete special projects and assignments as assigned.
Required Skills
• Solid hands on experience in the following languages/tools/environments:
• Graphic Design tools
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent design and photo-editing skills.
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
• Demonstrated experience designing graphics from conceptualization to final user acceptance.
• Extremely detailed oriented and organized.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor s degree in visual design, Computer Science or equivalent technical accreditation.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on graphics design experience or equivalent.
