Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot CRM Mastery & Operations: Take absolute ownership of the HubSpot Marketing Hub. Build automated lead-nurturing workflows, establish rigorous lead-scoring models, and maintain pristine data hygiene across the marketing-to-sales handoff.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor KSA tech market trends, competitor positioning, and regulatory shifts (e.g., Vision 2030 initiatives, ZATCA mandates). Translate these insights into highly targeted, trigger-based GTM campaigns.
- Conversion & Sales Cycle Monitoring: Track lead velocity from the top of the funnel to closed-won. Monitor MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle, and continuously optimize campaigns to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Demand Generation & Reporting: Design and launch high-converting B2B digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Email). Generate comprehensive, data-backed performance reports for the Business Development Director, proving the exact pipeline ROI of every marketing Riyal spent.
- Sales Enablement Coordination: Equip the sales team with up-to-date market intelligence, battle cards, ROI calculators, and localized case studies to accelerate their closing cycles.
What You ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in B2B Tech, SaaS Marketing, or Demand Generation, specifically targeting Corporate and Enterprise sectors.
- Technical Acumen: You must be an absolute expert in HubSpot CRM. (HubSpot certifications are a massive advantage). Deep experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and marketing automation tools.
- Execution: You are an analytical growth hacker. You care more about pipeline velocity, conversion math, and revenue generation than vanity metrics.
- Communication: Flawless Arabic and English copywriting and analytical presentation skills.
