Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination (Digital & Offline)

Assist in executing campaign plans and marketing calendars.

Coordinate photoshoots/videoshoots including booking, planning, props, and product preparation.

Offline Events & Activations

Plan and coordinate pop-ups, exhibitions, and in-store activations.

Research venues, collect quotations, and coordinate with organizers.

Supervise event setup, branding materials, and logistics.

Attend setup and event days to ensure smooth execution.

Manage event inventory (products, stands, d cor, displays).

Prepare post-event reports with insights and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Build and maintain influencer and UGC lists for each launch.

Communicate with influencers regarding gifting, briefs, and timelines.

Prepare PR packages and coordinate courier pickups and tracking.

Follow up on posting commitments and collect all content.

Track influencer performance (views, engagement, reach).

Organize influencer content in shared folders.

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in marketing coordination, influencer relations, PR, or event management.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and social media trends.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially around launches.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic.
  • Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
