Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Iron & Hemophilia Brand Manager will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and performance of the iron deficiency and hemophilia portfolio across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This role will drive brand strategy, launch excellence, market shaping activities, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve strong market growth in line with the company s objectives. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical market, strong strategic and operational marketing capabilities, and a deep understanding of specialty care, rare diseases, or hematology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement the annual brand plan for the iron and hemophilia portfolio in KSA and UAE.

  • Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic forecasting to identify growth opportunities.

  • Adapt global/ regional strategies to local market needs while ensuring alignment with corporate direction.

2. Launch Excellence

  • Lead the preparation, execution, and post-launch performance tracking for new product launches.

  • Build and execute launch readiness plans, including positioning, messaging, promotional materials, and KPIs.

  • Coordinate cross-functional launch teams (medical, market access, regulatory, sales).

3. Marketing Execution

  • Plan and deliver promotional campaigns, digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives, and stakeholder engagement plans.

  • Drive development of scientific and promotional content, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

  • Support planning and execution of medical events, advisory boards, and educational initiatives in collaboration with medical affairs.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with medical, commercial, regulatory, supply chain, and market access teams to ensure smooth execution of brand activities.

  • Partner with sales teams to drive implementation of marketing initiatives and monitor field performance.

5. Market & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hematologists, nephrologists, and relevant stakeholders.

  • Identify unmet needs in the iron and hemophilia therapeutic areas and drive market development programs.

6. Business & Performance Management

  • Monitor brand performance, market share, KPIs, and budget utilization.

  • Provide accurate forecasting in coordination with supply and commercial planning teams.

  • Recommend strategic adjustments based on performance insights and market evolution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine mandatory.

  • Master s degree or additional qualifications in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Brand/ Marketing Manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company must.

  • Solid track record of leading portfolio of products

  • Saudi Arabia pharmaceutical market experience must.

  • Proven launch experience of specialty or biologic products must.

  • Experience in rare diseases, hematology, or gene therapy strong plus.

  • Experience with the UAE market plus.
