Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
br>- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals and enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain and strengthen the company's brand image through consistent messaging and creative initiatives.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
br>- strong>Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the cosmeceutical industry/strong>.
br>- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software).
- Innovative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with strong leadership skills
Desired Candidate Profile
-A bachelor s degree in pharmacy, Vet, or Science is a must.
- strong>Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the cosmeceutical industry/strong>.
-MBA is required (preferably with a focus in Marketing or Business Management)
