Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
Study market trends , customer needs and competitor activities.
Maintain and improve the company's brand image.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Build strong relationship with customers and handle feedback.
Develop strategies to attract new customers and increase business.
Strong knowledge of building materials, hardware and construction product.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
3-5 years experience in marketing, preferably in building material, construction products and market trends.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with sales team to achieve company targets.
Valid UAE driving license needed
