Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans for each development project, including market segmentation, positioning, pricing analysis, and competitive differentiation.
- Manage and track the annual and project-specific marketing budget, ensuring optimal budget-allocation across digital, media, events, and print channels to maximize Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
- Define and ensure consistent application of the project and company brand identity across all communication channels, collateral, and external partnerships.
- Oversee all digital efforts, including the development and management of project websites, SEO, PPC advertising, and social media campaigns to drive lead generation.
- Direct the creation of all essential sales and marketing materials, such as brochures, floor plans, virtual tours, high-quality renderings, and sales office displays.
- Manage relationships with media and journalists, draft press releases, and coordinate public announcements for project milestones (groundbreaking, topping out, launch events).
- Oversee the lead generation pipeline, track lead quality and volume in the CRM system, and analyze key performance indicators like CPL.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the sales team has the most up-to-date and effective marketing tools and messaging to convert leads into sales.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to inform adjustments to the marketing mix and pricing recommendations.
- Generate regular reports for executive leadership detailing campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and effectiveness of marketing expenditure, providing clear recommendations for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master s is often a plus.
- 5+ years Proven professional experience in a marketing management role, with a strong preference for experience in real estate development, luxury goods, or B2C/B2B high-value sales environments.
- Proven history of successfully planning, launching, and managing integrated 360-degree campaigns (digital, traditional, PR) that demonstrably increased lead flow and conversion rates.
