Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that support the company s commercial objectives.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Lead promotional campaigns, advertising plans, and sales offers to enhance brand visibility and market share.

Conduct market research to assess product demand, pricing, and potential expansion opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales, Quality, Supply Chain, and Senior Management to align marketing activities with business goals.

Support customer retention by developing strategies to strengthen relationships and maximize sales.

Participate in setting pricing policies and managing distributor/agent negotiations.

Coordinate with HR on selecting, training, and evaluating marketing and sales teams.

Monitor product movement, stock levels, and stagnant items to optimize inventory and prevent losses.

Oversee customer feedback handling and after-sales service improvements.

Provide regular marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong track record in leading large-scale marketing operations within major FMCG or Food Industry companies, preferably in the strong>processed meat and poultry sector/strong>.

He should possess deep expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and social media, coupled with a solid understanding of consumer behavior, food safety regulations, and the end-to-end supply chain.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive sustainable business growth, strengthen brand visibility, and enhance market positioning across all channels.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, or a related field is typically required.

Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the food industry with a focus on meat, poultry, or related agricultural products.

In-depth knowledge of meat products, supply chain dynamics, consumer behavior regarding protein choices, and relevant food safety protocols (e.g., HACCP, BRC).

Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive efficiency.

Proficiency in digital and offline marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing software.

Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
