Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy adapted to the cosmetics market.
- Analyze the market, the competition and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop the brand image and ensure product promotion (campaigns, trade fairs, social networks, influencers).
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Track marketing performance and produce regular reports.
- Participate in the launch of new products and collect customer feedback.
- Excellent mastery of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis.
- Project management and management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
