Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client and business objectives.

  • Oversee SEO, content, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and mentor digital marketing specialists and external partners.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and performance KPIs to ensure ROI.

Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with KSA or GCC markets is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing programs.
  • Proven problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and analytics teams.

  • Marketing automation and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce): Intermediate to Advanced
  • Paid media platforms and campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads): Intermediate
  • Analytics and A/B testing (Google Analytics, Looker, or BI tools): Intermediate
  • Content strategy and SEO fundamentals: Intermediate

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
