Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
- Oversee SEO, content, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage and mentor digital marketing specialists and external partners.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance KPIs to ensure ROI.
Minimum Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing and analytics tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with KSA or GCC markets is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing programs.
- Proven problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and analytics teams.

Technical Competencies:
- Marketing automation and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce): Intermediate to Advanced
- Paid media platforms and campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads): Intermediate
- Analytics and A/B testing (Google Analytics, Looker, or BI tools): Intermediate
- Content strategy and SEO fundamentals: Intermediate
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing and analytics tools
