Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
Lead B2B lead generation initiatives across digital channels (Paid Ads, SEO, Content, Email, LinkedIn).
Own the end-to-end marketing funnel (Awareness MQL SQL Conversion).
Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, and Business Development teams to support pipeline growth.
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta).
Oversee content strategy focused on software solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise clients.
Monitor and analyze KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and funnel performance.
Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers when needed.
Strengthen brand presence and positioning in local and regional markets.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
Mandatory: Previous experience in Software, IT Services, SaaS, or Digital Transformation companies.
Strong experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex buyer journeys.
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
SEO / SEM strategies
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
