Roles & Responsibilities



Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use developments.
  • Create integrated marketing plans and campaigns aligned with project timelines and sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, risks, and competitive positioning.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website content management.
  • Monitor online advertising, retargeting campaigns, and online lead performance.
  • Enhance digital presence and optimize customer acquisition funnels.

Traditional Marketing

  • Manage traditional marketing initiatives such as print ads, brochures, signage, OOH, events, and real estate exhibitions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of all marketing materials.
  • Coordinate branding activities across offline channels.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion metrics.
  • Monitor CRM performance, lead nurturing activities, and customer journey optimization.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, media buying agencies, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Review and approve creative concepts, scripts, and campaigns.

Budget Management

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact strategies.
  • Track campaign ROI and KPIs with regular performance reports to management.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital and offline platforms.
  • Support brand development initiatives and maintain corporate visual guidelines.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, buyer personas, and project positioning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing budgets and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in the real estate industry is required.
