Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing strategy for the brands, includes the Insights on Local market, brand objectives, brand values, brand position, product position, SWOT analysis, and Competitor analysis.
- Develop Strategic planning develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share & brand presence.
- Develop marketing research to analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opp. & Challenges
- Align with other departments such as sales, HR, IT others to support overall company strategy
- Develop Marketing plan includes, marketing calendar, campaign review, tagline, annual budget for each brand.
- Evaluate, pitching, and hiring agencies for ATL, and BTL activities
- Manage online campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, Google display network, cooperate with external platforms to enhance brand visibility & engagement
- Develop advertising, PR campaigns to reach target audience
- Work closely with sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals and lead generation to achieve forecast sales target.
- Allocate & monitor the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies & ROI
- Identify and manage collaboration with industry influencers, media, and strategic partners
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- 5 10 Years of experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience using Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Fluent English.
