Roles & Responsibilities
Own and execute the marketing strategy for our commercial developments
Position our projects as business destinations, not just properties
Lead go-to-market plans for retail, office, and mixed-use projects
Drive lead generation and support sales with high-quality prospects
Manage branding, digital campaigns, PR, events, and partnerships
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies
Introduce innovative marketing approaches from previous industries
Desired Candidate Profile
+10 years of marketing experience (non-real-estate background preferred)
Strong experience in high-value products, B2B , or complex sales cycles
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
