Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans in collaboration with Commercial Leadership.
  • Lead SEO/SEM strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Manage social media presence and email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all digital channels.
  • Oversee CRM and CMS systems to ensure content and workflow optimization.
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar, budget, and performance forecasting.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create visuals, copy, and campaign materials aligned with brand goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing or equivalent field.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and achieving performance targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and integrity in all aspects of work.
