Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans in collaboration with Commercial Leadership.
- Lead SEO/SEM strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
- Manage social media presence and email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all digital channels.
- Oversee CRM and CMS systems to ensure content and workflow optimization.
- Own and manage the marketing calendar, budget, and performance forecasting.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create visuals, copy, and campaign materials aligned with brand goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing or equivalent field.
- Proven experience in team leadership and achieving performance targets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and integrity in all aspects of work.
