Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main Job Duties:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and direct the marketing team and manage department budgets.
    Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Social Media, Digital Media, Web, Email, Printing, and Outdoor Advertising.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Develop, manage, and enhance the brand's position in the market.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with other departments, especially sales, to ensure the company's objectives are met.
  • Performance Improvement: Evaluate the results of marketing activities and take necessary actions to improve future performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong experience in marketing, particularly in planning creative campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to perform financial analysis and understand spreadsheets.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to persuade.
  • Good knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
