Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Sigma Engineering s critical power solutions and services.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content.
  • Oversee the company s online presence, including website management, SEO optimization, and social media engagement.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the engineering, power solutions, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling marketing materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
