Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Sigma Engineering s critical power solutions and services.
- Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content.
- Oversee the company s online presence, including website management, SEO optimization, and social media engagement.
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the engineering, power solutions, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling marketing materials.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as required for events and client meetings.
