Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement. This individual will play a key role in positioning ADARA as a market leader, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and collaborating with internal teams to support growth objectives.

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with company goals and target audiences.
  • Manage branding efforts and ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Oversee content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and website performance.
  • Organize and promote events, webinars, and conferences that enhance ADARA s market visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales and brokerage teams to support campaigns and client acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing tactics.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (master s preferred).
  • 8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the brokerage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
