We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry and construction industry to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate marketing, with the ability to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales support in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects, including residential and commercial properties

• Plan and execute property launches, campaigns, and promotions across digital and traditional channels

• Manage branding, advertising, PR, and corporate communications related to real estate assets

• Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, SEO/SEM, and online listings

• Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to generate qualified leads and support conversion targets

• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and marketing vendors

• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize results

• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms
