Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute marketing strategies for multiple restaurants and lifestyle venues within the group.
- Manage marketing plans for new venue openings, including pre-opening campaigns, launch events, and media exposure.
- Develop marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and brand activations to drive revenue and guest traffic.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, digital agencies, photographers, and videographers to deliver consistent brand storytelling.
- Supervise the graphic designer and ensure all visual assets align with the brand identity and marketing strategy.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials including menus, social media content, newsletters, and promotional assets.
- Plan and execute marketing activations, influencer collaborations, and media events.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results and data.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across venues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B brands.
Proven experience managing restaurant openings or hospitality projects.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional departments.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
Excellent English communication skills.
UAE or GCC experience
