Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Digital & Content Marketing: Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media presence to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Market Analysis & Research: Identify new market opportunities, analyze consumer trends, and conduct competitor analysis.
Campaign & Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and report on performance metrics (KPIs).
Lead Generation & Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to create content, collateral, and campaigns that generate qualified leads.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing specialists or external agencies.

Experience: Proven experience in marketing, typically supported by a bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Digital Proficiency: Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), SEO tools, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret ROI, and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
Communication & Creativity: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand messages.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conceptualization to execution.
