Roles
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our content and brand growth strategy across multiple business verticals in Dubai, including real estate, F&B, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across multiple industry verticals
Build and manage monthly and weekly content calendars for all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Set KPIs, track campaign performance, and produce detailed analytics reports with actionable insights
Lead and coordinate the internal creative team including content creators, photographers, videographers, and graphic designers
Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
Plan and manage marketing budgets, allocating spend across paid and organic channels
Identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis and market research
Liaise with external agencies, influencers, and media partners as needed
Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, Real Estate, or Hospitality
Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Leadership experience managing a creative team
