Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the marketing vision for the Retail Discount business, positioning offerings as value-oriented solutions
- Build and evolve a compelling brand story that resonates with cost-conscious consumers
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital channels, traditional media, and in-store promotions
- Ensure campaigns align with business objectives, customer insights, and budget parameters
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and trends within discount retail
- Use performance data to optimize marketing tactics and improve return on investment
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Support retail operations with marketing materials, in-store activations, and promotional initiatives
- Manage the marketing budget, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of proven marketing experience with strong exposure to brand communication, media planning, and digital marketing
- At least 7 years of experience within the retail sector
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment
