Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage multi-channel campaigns spanning email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and events for brand awareness and lead generation
- Develop and manage content and campaign calendars based on product and business requirements
- Manage PR activities, media relationships, and external communications to enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Plan and execute on-ground events and webinars to drive engagement and lead generation
- Oversee LinkedIn, social media and blog strategy, content creation, and community management to build brand presence
- Manage website content, optimization, and user experience to drive conversions and support campaign objectives
- Utilize HubSpot for campaign automation, lead nurturing, scoring, and performance tracking
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns incorporate proper product positioning and messaging
- Track and analyze campaign performance using MQLs, brand awareness metrics, PR impact measurements, and event ROI
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and account management to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing best practices, and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
As a Marketing Manager, you need to be passionate about driving brand awareness and lead generation through integrated marketing campaigns. You need to understand customer personas, market positioning, and turn this information into compelling content and campaigns across all marketing channels. Collaboration with product marketing, sales, content teams, and external partners will be key to your success.
You should have previously worked in the B2B SaaS domain, ideally airline travel tech or travel seller related tech products and understand the air content distribution business. You must have strong communication and project management skills that will allow you to execute multi-channel campaigns and measure their impact effectively.
