Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns for real estate projects.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, and media buying activities.
  • Lead lead generation efforts through online and offline platforms.
  • Create and manage engaging media content to promote properties and enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and videographers.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
  • Support sales initiatives with creative marketing ideas and promotional activities.
  • Video editing skills are a strong advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Marketing Manager in the Real Estate industry (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of property marketing, social media advertising, and real estate trends.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Video editing experience is a plus.
