Job Overview:

Ayed Academy for Training & Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, manage the marketing team, and drive growth across digital platforms with a strong focus on the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team while tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee organic marketing efforts including content strategy and social media.
  • Review marketing content to ensure consistency with brand identity and tone of voice.
  • Supervise media production (content, design, and video).
  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitors to optimize ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing goals are achieved.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Practical experience with Snapchat Ads (essential for the Saudi market).
  • Experience with TikTok Ads and short-form video campaigns.
  • Knowledge of X (Twitter) Ads and platform best practices in KSA.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads for B2B campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media management tools.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Ads dashboards.
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead generation pipelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, including leadership or managerial roles.
  • Previous experience in the education or training sector is a plus.
  • Proven experience working with the Saudi market is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.br>
