Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and execute the Group s data-driven marketing strategy and annual plans.

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Revenue Cycle to support service-line growth and new launches.

Lead integrated campaigns (digital, outdoors, PR, events) to drive patient acquisition and retention.

Maintain brand positioning and visual identity; ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Manage content and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn); grow engagement and community.

Oversee agencies and vendors; manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.

Monitor market trends and competitors; translate insights into action.

Track KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion, clinics flow, occupancy) and report performance to group leaders.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • CRM/marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo, Salesforce/Zoho).
  • Brand-building and go-to-market for new services/locations.
  • Event marketing and community partnerships.
  • Working knowledge of creative tools (e.g., Canva/Adobe

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master is a plus).

Experience in healthcare or multi-site service brands.

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including team leadership.

Strong command of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads), analytics, and SEO.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English
