Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will oversee the company s organic social media campaigns and email marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will manage content scheduling, repurpose existing materials for social platforms, and support the creation and execution of email campaigns. This role requires strong creative judgment, excellent copywriting skills, and proficiency with design tools such as Figma.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage the content calendar to ensure timely scheduling and posting across platforms.
• Create, review, and repurpose organic social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Approve content to maintain alignment with brand voice and messaging.
• Track and analyze social media performance to optimize engagement and growth.

Email Marketing

• Support the creation and copywriting of email campaigns with ideas to increase engagement and conversions.
• Contribute to email marketing initiatives that nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist with theme selection, copywriting, and content creation using existing templates and design resources.

Design & Coordination

• Create and review visuals using Figma, ensuring high-quality, on-brand design.
• Coordinate miscellaneous design tasks, including QA of website copy and maintaining visual consistency across digital channels.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and optimized for performance.

Qualifications

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on social media management, email marketing, and simple content creation or graphic design.
• Experience in copywriting for social media, email marketing, and web content.

Skills

• Proficiency in Figma and strong design judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and quality.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, motivated, and growth-minded.
