Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • local insurance manager will contact companies and make contacts and deals of local insurance health care
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, email, and paid ads.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage branding activities, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, recommending improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media, and partners.
  • Ensure effective allocation of the marketing budget and maximize ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5 10 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, market research, and campaign execution.
  • Experience in managing budgets, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
