Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Role:
We re hiring a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of Tribe X s marketing. You ll define and execute a strategy that builds our brand equity, increases awareness across key markets, and positions our team as thought leaders in the luxury and purpose-driven marketing space.
You ll be responsible for all aspects of our external presence from social media to digital campaigns, PR to our website. You ll collaborate closely with the founders and team leads to spotlight our people, work, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute a clear, long-term marketing strategy for Tribe X
- Identify opportunities for brand positioning, thought leadership, and industry recognition
- Maintain and elevate our luxury, understated, and purpose-driven identity across all channels
Social Media Management
- Own strategy, ideation, and execution across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with our agency s goals
- Write or guide smart, engaging copy aligned with our voice
- Oversee visual curation to ensure an aesthetic, high-end grid and visual identity
- Schedule, post, and analyze performance regularly
Digital Paid Media & Budgeting
- Plan and allocate budget for digital campaigns promoting Tribe X across key markets
- Coordinate targeting, creatives, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with our media team as needed
Website Ownership
- Maintain and continuously improve the Tribe X website
- Ensure the site reflects our brand, showcases work effectively, and is optimized for performance
- Lead on content and structural updates, working with designers/developers as needed
PR & Thought Leadership
- Build a PR plan to elevate the presence of our founders and leadership team
- Pitch and secure speaking opportunities, podcast features, guest articles, and interviews
- Support with award entries and industry recognition opportunities
Brand-Led, Innovative Campaigns
- Ideate and execute out-of-the-box marketing initiatives that drive attention and brand love
- Lead or support partnerships, brand activations, creative projects, and content collaborations
Client Engagement & Relationship Marketing
- Create thoughtful client engagement experiences that strengthen relationships with current and potential clients
- Plan and manage client gifting programs, curated in line with Tribe X s luxury aesthetic and values
- Organize intimate gatherings, or brand-hosted events that position Tribe X as a community hub for innovative, high-caliber brands
- Collaborate with accounts and leadership to identify touchpoints that build emotional connection and client loyalty
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in an agency or luxury/lifestyle brand environment
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and execution
- Experience in social media management, content calendars, and aesthetic curation
- Ability to write or oversee smart, thoughtful copy that aligns with our tone
- Familiarity with luxury consumer psychology and digital storytelling
- High taste level with a strong visual eye for branding and storytelling
- Strategic mindset able to explain and defend the why behind every marketing move
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and self-driven
- Bonus: PR experience and network within the luxury, lifestyle, or creative sectors
