Description
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for high-profile events, experiential campaigns, and brand activations.
• Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives including digital, social media, content, influencer marketing, PR, and partnerships.
• Oversee branding and creative direction to ensure alignment across all platforms and client touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, production, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client / company objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and maximum ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and apply insights to optimize campaigns.
• Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and professional development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
