Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive annual and long-term marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering customer loyalty.

  • Brand Management: Oversee the brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials are consistently aligned with the brand's values, voice, and unique selling proposition.
  • Digital and Content Marketing: Manage all digital marketing channels (social media, website, email), and develop compelling, innovative content centered around coffee culture and our products.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and evaluate product launch campaigns and promotional offers.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Budget Oversight: Effectively manage the marketing budget to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of [3 - 5 years] of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B), Retail, or specialized coffee industry.

  • Proven track record in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns and brand development initiatives.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads).
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a marketing team and external agencies.
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing or a related field.
