Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development: Contribute to cascading and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with the Group s corporate objectives. Manage and report on strategic priorities, tracking results to deliver actionable marketing plans that drive brand equity, engagement, and growth.
  2. Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal use of resources across campaigns, digital initiatives, and destination launches, delivering strong ROI through ongoing monitoring and financial reporting.
  3. Policy and Framework Development: Contribute to the development and enforcement of marketing policies, brand guidelines, and operational frameworks to ensure consistency, governance, and alignment across all markets and subsidiaries.
  4. Content and Digital Asset Management: Lead the creation and optimization of marketing content and digital assets to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals, driving engagement across all channels.
  5. Event Management: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate, industry, and destination events. Ensure each event supports brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and measurable impact.
  6. Reporting and Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Deliver regular insights to leadership and use data to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement and Market Advisory: Build strong partnerships with subsidiary marketing teams and internal business units, acting as a trusted advisor by providing tailored marketing guidance and scalable solutions that align with Group strategy, brand standards, and local market needs.
  8. Vendor and Agency Management: Lead the selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation of marketing agencies and external vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery, brand alignment, and value for investment.
  9. Destination Launches: Contribute to the marketing strategy and execution of destination launches, ensuring integrated messaging, cross-channel coordination, and impactful audience engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to maximize visibility and long-term value.
  10. Individual Performance and Development: Deliver on annual KPIs and implement the agreed training and development plan, actively seeking managerial support to achieve personal and professional growth.
  11. Team Performance and Development: Guide and support direct reports to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team culture. Set clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and support career development and upskilling.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA, master s in marketing) is preferred.
  • Years of Experience: Typically 7 12 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably within relevant financial services, investment, or Large scale organizations with regional footprint.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, brand strategy.
  • Technical Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in marketing technology tools, digital marketing channels and analytics, and content management systems, campaign tracking, SEO/SEM principles, and brand management.
  • Preferred Certifications
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma or Certificate, Digital Marketing certifications
  • Project management certification is an advantage.
