Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and management of engaging content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine marketing approaches.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to support lead generation and conversion activities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with media, partners, and vendors.
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and uphold the company s reputation for professionalism and trust.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managerial roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
