We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our social media team and graphic designers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, brand development, and creative production.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership


Lead, supervise, and mentor the social media team and graphic designers


Assign projects, set goals, and monitor team performance


Ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards and deadlines


Marketing Strategy & Execution


Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across all platforms


Oversee social media campaigns, content calendars, and engagement growth


Work with designers to create high-quality visuals, ads, and branded content


Coordinate with other departments to support company goals and promotions


Brand Management


Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online and offline channels


Review and approve graphics, videos, and marketing materials


Analytics & Performance


Analyze marketing metrics


Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports


Optimize campaigns for improved performance


Required Skills & Qualifications


3 5+ years of experience in marketing management or digital marketing


Proven experience managing social media teams and creative professionals


Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and other platforms


Ability to create and manage marketing strategies


Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills


Familiarity with graphic design workflows


Strong understanding of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads is a plus)
