Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Branding / Marketing Strategy
• Lead overall marketing and brand strategy for all automotive brands, ensuring strong market positioning and alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
• Drive big-picture branding initiatives to enhance corporate reputation and project a consistently positive image of the company.
• Develop annual and monthly marketing plans and campaign calendars in coordination with regional brand offices.
• Ensure cohesive brand identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints. Campaigns, Launches & Activations
• Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, promotions etc tailored to local market needs.
• Adapt regional campaigns to maximize customer engagement and business impact.
• Approve creative concepts and ensure all materials meet branding/company guidelines Communication, PR & Corporate Image
• Manage external communication, public relations, and media interactions to strengthen the company’s image.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication that reinforces the company’s brand values and market position Marketing Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and effective execution of plans.
• Allocate responsibilities, review work quality, provide guidance, and build team capability in both traditional and digital marketing.
Reporting, Approvals & Performance Tracking
• Submit monthly marketing performance updates and insights to the CEO.
• Keep the CEO informed about upcoming campaigns/events and secure timely approvals.
• Track campaign results and market impact, providing actionable recommendations for improvement
Vendor Management, Digital Marketing & Website
• Oversee social media, online advertising, and listing portals to maximize digital reach.
• Ensure details / updates for each brand are handled on timely basis and reflect current offers and details
• Leverage new tools, trends, and digital innovations to strengthen brand presence.
• Coordinate with vendors, media etc as required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)
✓ Strong understanding of automotive industry dynamics, dealer operations, and brand marketing practices.
✓ Knowledge of brand management, product positioning, and customer experience principles.
✓ Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, social media, analytics, CRM systems, digital ads).
✓ Knowledge of PR, media handling, and corporate communication.
✓ Familiarity with campaign planning and budgeting
✓ Understanding of market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
✓ Knowledge of brand CI guidelines and marketing compliance requirements.
✓ Awareness of emerging marketing tools, technologies, and trends relevant to the automotive sector. Education & Experience
✓ A Bachelor / Master Degree in Marketing, Communications etc. would be ideal
✓ Additional certifications in digital marketing, communications, PR, media etc. would be highly advantageous
✓ Around 5 to 10 years’ experience in a senior role in marketing & communication with exposure to digital marketing, media handling, product launches, marketing campaigns, team management etc
