Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities


1.Strategy & Planning

*Develop and implement an end-to-end marketing strategy that supports both client acquisition (sales) and candidate recruitment
*Conduct market research to identify target client needs, candidate demands, and competitor activities.
*Manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI across all channels.

2.Digital & Content Marketing

*Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), and display advertising.
*Manage the company's presence and campaigns on professional social media platforms (LinkedIn is crucial), Facebook, and others.
*Create compelling messaging and content to promote available job listings and the overall candidate experience.

3.Brand Management & Communications

*Oversee the development of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, client proposals).
*Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences for networking and lead generation.
*Utilize email marketing for nurturing both client leads and candidate talent pools.

4.Analytics & Performance

*Analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
*Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 8 to 15 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in the staffing, recruitment, or B2B services sector.
B2B Marketing: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting businesses.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for creating persuasive content and reports.
