Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager, you ll oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Sales / General Manager, you ll lead a small team and collaborate closely with sales, business development, and operations to deliver integrated campaigns that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and annual plans that support company objectives.

  • Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication across all channels.

  • Manage events, exhibitions, and launches to promote new projects and strengthen market presence.

  • Conduct and interpret market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.

  • Design and manage PR and digital marketing initiatives, including social-media strategy and website development.

  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align campaigns with commercial goals.

  • Monitor performance metrics and report on marketing ROI, ensuring efficiency and accountability.

  • Lead and mentor a small team, fostering creativity, innovation, and professional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

Minimum 7 10 years experience in marketing, ideally within real estate or property development.

Proven success designing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies.

Strong understanding of market research, digital channels, and campaign analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential; Arabic advantageous).

A collaborative, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving, results-focused environment.
