Roles & Responsibilities
FJX Group is a fast-growing multi-vertical group operating across GCC and MENA markets, with active interests in beauty & health, sports marketing, technology and content production. This is a transversal, high-ownership role. You won't be executing someone else's plan - you'll be building the function.
This role is a great opportunity to lead marketing and communications strategy with real autonomy, direct exposure to high-profile projects and full visibility with senior leadership.
- Develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy for FJX Group and all its verticals.
- Own and maintain brand identity and all branded materials across the group.
- Produce and coordinate content for digital channels, client presentations, and commercial collateral.
- Support the commercial team in GCC with sales materials, decks, and campaign assets.
- Manage and grow digital presence across all verticals, including Tech Hub.
- Coordinate with external agencies and creative vendors.
- Report marketing KPIs and performance metrics to leadership on a regular basis.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding or communications.
- Experience in multi-vertical, agency, or fast-paced startup environments.
- Knowledge of GCC markets - highly valued.
- Portfolio of previous work required.
- English at C1 level. Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a strong>Marketing Manager/strong> who will centralise, systematise and elevate all external and internal communications across FJX Group and its verticals. You will be the marketing backbone of the group - supporting the commercial team, owning our brand identity, and building a coherent digital presence from the ground up./p>
