Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company s products or services.
• Manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead and supervise the marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
• Organize events, trade shows, and promotional activities as required.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer acquisition.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
