Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Summary:
Drive digital marketing initiatives to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for retail banking products, while optimizing digital channels and onboarding journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital campaigns for banking products (cards, loans, accounts).
Manage websites, digital channels, and customer journeys to improve UX and conversions.
Support product launches with strong go-to-market strategies and messaging.
Optimize digital onboarding processes (e.g., e-KYC) to reduce drop-offs.
Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI) and provide insights.
Collaborate with product, compliance, IT, and external agencies.
Desired Candidate Profile
5 8+ years in digital marketing, preferably in banking/fintech.
Strong knowledge of retail banking products and customer lifecycle.
Experience in digital channels, analytics, performance marketing and customer journey
