Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with all departments to create and execute effective activation strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development, creative) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors) to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform activation strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
- Event Coordination: Organize and oversee events, promotions, and activations to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+years of experience in marketing activation, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
